These are people who have energy and patience and love being around children but are not really interested in or don’t have the time to learn the face painting etc required to do the Gecko Worker position. Castle supervisors are required to watch jumping castles at many events making sure they keep the kids safe and organized and that they keep the castle and surrounding area in good order. Training is done in theory and then on the job. Good pay rate plus a travel allowance is applicable to this job. Successful applicants for this position may be able to take part in a future Gecko Worker training session if they so desire and they meet the eligibility requirements of that role.

The major criteria to be eligible for one of these positions are:

1. Due to legal requirements castle supervisors must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Own transport is preferable due to the varying locations of the jobs – public transport is not a suitable option
3. Willingness to adhere to relevant OH&S principals
4. Must be available most weekends
5. Must have bright outgoing personality
6. Must be patient, enthusiastic & energetic
7. Love being outdoors in varying weather conditions
8. Must be reliable and self reliant
9. Can work on your own and as part of a team
10. Are willing to put in that extra effort required to deliver an exceptional service to our customers
