Q. How much notice do I need to give when I make a booking?
A. That really depends on the time of year and what it is you want to book. To be quite confident of getting what you want, when you want, I would suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance (more for corporate or Christmas bookings). However, we have a large staff base so if you find yourself with less time than that, don't hesitate to contact us and we can see what we can do.

Q. What is required to make a booking?
A. We need to get all the details about you and the party/event so we can help you choose the best mix of services for your event and then we require a deposit to be paid in order to secure your booking.

Q. How do I know which party to choose for my child?
A. The Standard Party Package can be adapted to suit any aged child from 2 - 10 yrs, You can also talk to us about your party and we can help you choose any appropriate party extras according to your child's age, the number & age of the children attending and, of course, your budget.

Q. I have booked an amusement and I am worried about the weather. What happens if it rains?
A. Jumping castles are not much fun in the rain. Even though they have covers, they don't stay completely dry and the kids will get wet feet going in and out of the ride as well. This makes the risk of slipping over much greater. You wil also have an electric blower attached to the castle and water and electricity do not mix. It is for these reasons that we don't set up rides in the rain. If the weather is uncertain on the day of your booking, you can give us a call (or we might call you) to see what we think. If we have to cancel, as long as we have 2 hours notice, we will refund your payment (less the admin fee).

Q. If my ride is cancelled, can I get anything else to replace it?
A. If you have other services booked as well as the ride, they can still go ahead inside or in the garage etc but by the weekend, all staff have usually been booked for other jobs. We will do our best to offer something for you but it is generally not possible. If the forecast, before the weekend, is looking grim you could look at adding extra services then so that, in the event of the ride being cancelled, you already have something else secured.

Q. I have a wedding coming up. Can you organise entertainment for the children attending?
A. We can organise a range of activities, from face painting, games, craft activities, dancing games or balloon modelling. We can also set up rides if you wish. You can pick the services you would like and we will do up a program suitable for your event.

Q. I am organising the company Christmas Party. What can you offer to entertain the kids and accompanying adults?
A. Depending on your budget we can organise anything from face painting & balloon modelling to rides and picnic games. We can also add lolly bags, helium balloons, piñatas etc. Don't hesitate to phone or email us for a suggested program & quote.

Q. How much notice do I need to give for a Christmas party booking?
A. As you would imagine, Christmas is a very busy time of the year for us. We book out services on a first come first served basis so we would recommend booking in from August to make sure you can get the services you require. Of course, we still taking bookings right up until December providing the services are still available.

Q. I am organising my company's Open Day. What services would you recommend?
A. It depends on the site, your budget and what type of people you think will come along. We can organise helium balloons to hand out, face painting, balloon modelling, games and rides, all of which could be suitable for your event.

Q. Can I book just one face painter for my event?
A. Most services have a minimum booking time but you can book as little as just one person if that is all your event requires.

Q. Do you have adult jumping castle?
A. We have some castles suitable for many mixed aged events where the kids and adults want to participate. We also have a Super slide which is great for all ages as well. Unfortunately, the castles are not made to take the weight and pressure of a purely adult event. Also, as the castles have to be packed up by dusk then the service usually doesn't suit most adult events.
