·     We will set up everything and we will supervise the rides.

·     We will pack away our equipment at the end.

·     We won’t cancel because we have a better offer!

·     You can sell tickets and organize the money side of things.

CONDITIONS:

• Price includes GST and is valid for fetes between 9am & 7pm.
• You must book minimum 2 rides to qualify for the discounted prices.
• Offer is not available between 23/11/12 – 1/2/13.
• Face painting/balloon modeling/glitter tattoos only available at that price when booked in conjunction with the castles.
• Add an extra hour - $80/hour/ride, $160/hour for slide, face painters, glitter tattooists & balloon modelers $65/hour
• Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking.
• Remainder is payable on the fete day.
• Bookings cancelled with more than 14 days notice will incurr a fee equal to 15% of the booking value.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled fete date will incur a fee equal to the deposit paid.
• Bookings cancelled on the day because of the weather will incur a fee of 20% of the value provided it is cancelled at least 2.5 hours prior. If it is cancelled after this but before the start time then the fee would be 30%. Once set up the full fee is payable.
