Preschool Meet'n'Greet Party

At The Gecko Gang we know that the preschool year is a very big step forward for 4 year olds and that helping them get to know and feel comfortable around the other kids in their class and in the new school environment is only going to help them settle into their new routine.

So we have designed a great event package exclusively for this environment. It can be organised by a teacher or by the parent committee and it is the perfect way to help the kids (and the parents) get started in new school year

Have it just for FUN or you could turn into a FUNDRAISER!

What we are offering is:

1 x party castle & supervisor and 2 x gecko workers for 2 hours (4-6 or 5-7) on any weekday afternoon in February or March 2012.

All for the ridiculously low price of $570

Depending on the expected number of kids the gecko workers can offer just face painting (approx. 60 kids), or they could offer face painting and balloon modelling (approx. 40 kids) or they could offer parachute games and balloon modelling (approx. 60 kids) or face painting, parachute games and balloon modelling (approx. 30 kids).

We can add more time or more staff if you have a bigger school group - just ask.

Now you might be asking yourself "Why would they be doing this so cheap?"

Well, along with wanting to provide a great avenue for everyone to get to know everyone we are also aware that 4 year olds are the perfect age group to utilise what The Gecko Gang has to offer. Both at events such as this but also for their very own birthday parties throughout the year.

But wait - there's more! 

Not only are we giving you this opportunity at such a fantastic price but we are also going to donate $10 back to the preschool, either directly or as a discount off an end of year function, for every parent that registers  their details on the day and then subsequently books Gecko Gang for their childs party throughout the year!

You've really got nothing to lose and everything to gain. A great event at a great price, the opportunity to turn it into a fundraiser itself - just add a sausage sizzle, drinks & ice creams and charge an entry fee. And then, on the event day, if parents wish to register their details they can do so and have the opportunity to help the preschool out even further.

Now obviously there are only so many weekdays available in February and March so you need to book in early.

There's only a bit of small print so here it is:

1. The jumping castle must be set up on a level grassed area (that we can peg into) with access to power. Grass outside the school fence is possible but government approval must be obtained.
2. The event price offered is not conditional on anything and is an offer in itself.
3. This event price is only valid for any weekday afternoon during February and March 2012 depending on availability.
4. In order to qualify for the $10 gift back parents must register their name & email address at the meet'n'greet event and then when subsequently booking for their party must mention that they went to that preschool meet'n'greet.
5. The gift back offer is only applicable to birthday parties booked for direct children of any registered families.
6. All qualified party bookings made and paid for between the event date & 31/10/12 will qualify for the gift back donation.
7. Any party that is cancelled will incur an extra $10 charge to any cancellation fee applicable and the preschool will still get their total gift back donation.
