Our staff are paid well for the service they provide and are therefore happy to put in extra time and effort to make your event a success.
Our staff wear our uniform to depict clearly which company they are a part of because we want people to know where to get the same quality service for their event.
Our staff and services are covered by a $20 million public liability insurance policy with Lloyds of London.
Our staff are also covered for worker's compensation and the superannuation guarantee.

FACE PAINTING
The Gecko Gang uses only the best quality face paint - GRIMAS - which is manufactured in Holland and is the most hypo-allergenic product in the market.
Our face painting is renowned in the region for it's bright colours (each painter has over 15 colours in their kit), smooth, crackless finish and speed (our staff can paint up to 22 faces per hour when necessary).

BALLOON MODELLING
We use the best quality balloons available - QUALATEX - which means they are bigger and they last longer than most other brands in the market.
Our balloon modellers learn over 30 designs in their initial training and are then encouraged to create designs of their own.
Our balloon modellers can also be fast creating up to 60 models an hour when necessary.

JUMPING CASTLES
Our jumping castles are of the latest designs and are all compliant with the relevant Australian Standards including the use of fire retardent materials.
Our backyard medium jumping castles come under the classification of a 4m x 4m castle (as do many on offer) but ours give the kids a full 4m x 4m jumping space because their design feature of mesh walls means none of the jumping space is taken up by 50-100 cm thick inflated walls.
This same design feature means the kids are very easily seen and supervised and as the castles are fully enclosed there is no chance of the kids falling out.
Our jumping castles have a very deep seat (base cushion) and so can take the weight of kids up to 12 years of age. For the same reason, with our supervision, some can also take bigger people (with less on at a time) at events where this may be desirable - company picnics, Christmas parties, family parties etc.
For backyard party hires our driver will give you a quick supervision & maintenance instruction to ensure you know exactly what you are doing and so ensuring the safe operation and use of the castle for your kids.
For all other events our castles are supervised by our staff who are trained in general safe operation of the castles, organising queues, choice of ages & sizes of participants, dealing with overly boisterous or aggressive kids and interacting with the general public all in a patient and curteous manner.

PARTY BOOKINGS
All party bookings require a deposit which is then followed by a receipt/confirmation which is sent out so that both parties know exactly what has been booked and any errors can be picked up before the party day.
We can provide the face painting & games etc and the jumping castle and we can organise party extras like lolly bags, pass the parcel and pinatas. One phone call and you have the best part of the party organised.
On the day our staff will arrive before the party start time so they have enough time to set up and get ready and you won't have to be wondering if /when they are going to turn up.
All our staff work with kids nearly every weekend and so are very flexible & adaptable and well versed on the best choice of games to cater for varying ages, energy levels and play spaces.
